I can also liaise other trades to ensure a smooth install with recommended tradesmen and that you only deal with one person.
Tiling service
From small changes to a full re-model requiring plastering, lighting floor and wall tiles I can liaise all trades to ensure the smooth running of your project.
Saniflos fitted
Saniflo”s can be used to create bathrooms in areas that do not have access to a conventional waste or drain outlet. I can assist with the design, installation or servicing of the Saniflo or any other branded product.
Blocked drains cleared
All general blockages on above ground waste can be cleared with as much care as possible to the surrounding area.
Toilets repaired & replaced
Leaking toilets are not only annoying and potentially costly if you are on a water meter, but can also cause long lasting damage to your brickwork or timberwork inside the building. I carry numerous spares to be able to repair the majority of toilets on my 1st visit.
If you are considering a new toilet, I can assist on selection, purchase and install to comply with current water by-laws.
Moving / replacing soil stacks
Old cast Iron stacks can in time corrode if not treated correctly. If you are in need to move your toilet then you may also need to modify or replace your outside stack.
